Terry Pratchett– Wings
This is The final book inThe Bromeliad Trilogy and by this stage Pratchett really cares about what he is writing. There's still the comical nome action but the parody of religion is more subtle and the foreshadowing using an obscure species of frog is unquestionably written for an adult audience.
